Chapter Guidelines for Awards of Excellence
Recognizing CFPC members who have made outstanding contributions in the past 12 to 24 months to the discipline of family medicine.
Nominations will be accepted from NL CFP members for NL CFPC CFP members.

DEADLINES:
Deadline for the 2024 Award of Excellence is May 1, 2024.

REQUIREMENTS:
These awards were created as a way for the College to recognize at the national level family physicians who are meritorious and recognized at the provincial Chapter level. The Awards of Excellence recognize CFPC members who, in the past 12 to 24 months, have made outstanding contributions to one or more of the following areas:
• Patient care
• Community service
• Hospital or health care institutions
• College activities (National and Chapter)
• Teaching, research, or other elements of the discipline of family medicine

If you know someone who meets these requirements, please take time to complete the short nomination form and send it to Debbie at the Chapter Office for consideration.
